Job summary

Immutable is hiring a hands-on product engineer to build Audience, the MarTech platform for game studios. You’ll own outcomes from problem to shipping in live product, spanning attribution, engagement, and AI-driven growth features.

You’ll contribute across the stack with TypeScript and Go, collaborating with Product, Design and Data while shaping campaigns, journeys and testing. Join a fast-growing team in Sydney with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience in a product-driven environment.
• Energised in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript (frontend and backend) and Golang is a must have.
• Empathy-driven communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from problem to live product.
• Build attribution and measurement such as click tracking and identity capture.
• Shape Engage, lifecycle and messaging engine across campaigns, journeys and A/B testing.
• Help build our AI CMO and orchestration layer.
• Work AI-native by default using our tools and coding agents.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and founders.
