Job summary

Immutable is hiring a Growth Lead to design and build the system that generates our commercial pipeline. You will own strategy, processes, tooling and outcomes, reporting to the CEO.

You will define how we identify, engage and convert studios, build AI-driven workflows at scale, and shape outbound and inbound motions. This role sits at the heart of driving growth for Immutable in a fast-moving industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial function such as growth, BD, partnerships or sales.
• Systems thinking—design, automate and measure workflows.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and knowing where they add leverage.
• Strong commercial judgement to read prospects and decide pursuit or walk-away.
• Excellent written communication for senior stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical instincts to set metrics and invest by data.
• Operational rigor and high ownership for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Immutable’s pipeline generation system, defining how we identify, prioritise, engage and convert studios.
• Set the prioritisation model for inbound interest to focus high-value opportunities.
• Build and own outbound strategy from segments to messaging to earn responses from senior decision-makers.
• Create AI-driven workflows and automation powering inbound and outbound, increasing reach and speed.
• Own playbooks for high-intent prospects including response standards and follow-up.
• Design handoffs into BD and Customer Growth teams with clear context and next steps.
• Build reporting tracking funnel stages from lead to meeting outcomes to optimize investments.
• Shape messaging and positioning across leadership and commercial channels based on market learnings.
• Partner with Growth, Commercial and leadership to raise conversion rates and scale the system.
