National Australia Bank in Inverell is seeking a dynamic Small Business Relationship Manager to support local enterprises. You’ll manage SME lending requests, grow revenue, and strengthen customer advocacy through a hands-on, customer-obsessed approach.

Collaborating with branch and broker networks, you’ll tailor holistic banking solutions and build lasting relationships with customers while contributing to NAB’s goal to be the most customer-centric bank in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Motivation to build genuine personal connections with customers.
• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking.
• Excellent understanding of the SME Market.
• Strong customer and relationship management.
• Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep things simple whilst managing Small Business customers' business and home lending requests.
• Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy.
• Be customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
• Own it by understanding our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
• Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
