Job summary

NAB in Rockhampton is seeking a proactive Small Business Relationship Manager to service SME customers, focusing on lending and holistic banking solutions, within the Business Direct Small Business team.

You will collaborate with Retail Branch and Broker networks to grow the portfolio and deliver tailored customer outcomes, while building genuine relationships, growing revenue, and championing customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking
• Excellent understanding of the SME Market
• Strong customer and relationship management
• Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Motivation to build genuine personal connections with our customers

Responsibilities

• Keep things simple whilst managing Small Business customers business and home lending requests
• Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy
• Be customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
• Own it by understanding our customers' needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
• Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
