• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking.
• Excellent understanding of the SME market and customers.

Responsibilities

• Keep things simple while managing Small Business customers' lending requests.
• Move quickly to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy.
• Be customer obsessed and increase NAB as the bank of choice for customers.
• Understand customer needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Retail Branch and Broker networks to improve portfolio performance.
