• Strong phone presence and confident follow-up on quotes.
• Excellent numerical accuracy for calculating quotes and managing invoices.
• Highly organized with the ability to balance urgent client requests with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Actively call and email clients who have received quotes to answer queries, overcome objections, negotiate timelines, and win new orders
• Be the direct, enthusiastic point of contact for incoming phone and email inquiries, converting customer interest into structured job quotes
• Prepare, calculate, and send detailed quotes for print specifications and letterbox distribution campaigns in a timely manner
• Maintain ongoing contact with regular clients to secure recurring distribution schedules and repeat printing orders
