Job summary

Autex is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support Officer to join the Queensland team in Yatala. You will input and manage jobs from start to finish via phone and email, ensure project timelines are met, and collaborate with production and inventory to keep orders on track.

You will handle enquiries, manage the order lifecycle, and maintain timely communications with customers and stakeholders. A technical mindset and strong MS Office skills will help you succeed in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/ Sales Support in manufacturing or supply chain industry.
• A technical aptitude and desire to learn new skills.
• An ability to learn new software packages and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with people at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality and focus on the details.
• A positive and friendly demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage jobs from start to finish, in an accurate and timely manner via phone and email.
• Ensure project timelines are met by anticipating and managing potential and emerging issues.
• Collaborate across the business and work with cross functional team members and stakeholders to update all parties on the status of current projects.
• Manage enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring they are addressed, resolved or referred to the appropriate areas.
• Manage the order lifecycle, ensuring that lead times and customer communications are maintained.
• Work closely with production and inventory to understand issues that may impact order delivery.
• Inbox management of inquiries and orders, ensuring all inquiries are attended to by yourself or teammates.
