Job summary

Linde Material Handling Australia is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join the sales team, with base locations in Sydney or Melbourne. You will generate new business opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and expand our presence across NSW and VIC.

You’ll build strong relationships with decision-makers, develop a robust pipeline, and drive market share growth. You will collaborate with Senior Business Development Managers and Territory Managers, travel interstate as required,

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to travel interstate as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW and VIC.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify key decision-makers.
• Support sales growth in partnership with Business Development and Territory Managers.
• Develop customer-focused proposals and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
