Job summary

Linde Material Handling Australia is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role focuses on generating new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding our presence across NSW and VIC.

You will work with Senior Business Development Managers and Territory Managers to build strong relationships with decision-makers and develop a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management is desirable.
• Demonstrated sales and marketing experience is required or preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW and VIC.
• Build strong relationships and identify key decision-makers.
• Support sales growth in partnership with managers.
• Develop customer-focused proposals and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
