Chandler Macleod in Greater Sydney is seeking an Account Manager / Recruiter to inherit an existing commercial client portfolio and manage end-to-end recruitment across its Greater Sydney desk.

You will strengthen client relationships through onsite visits, identify growth opportunities, and deliver recruitment solutions across a range of commercial roles, while collaborating with a national brand to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience with a client focus.
• Experience in managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Track record of achieving recruitment and revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel across Greater Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial clients across Greater Sydney.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across your client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and onsite visits.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts.
• Source, assess and place high-quality candidates across a variety of roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from job brief through to offer and onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement and networking.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Support debtor management and account administration.
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, WHS requirements and company policies.
