Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking an Account Manager / Recruiter to join our Greater Sydney team. You’ll inherit an established commercial client portfolio and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across a range of roles, with onsite meetings and a focus on growing revenue.

You’ll build strong client relationships, source and place high-quality candidates, manage the process from job brief to onboarding, and develop talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, labour hire, account management or B2B sales.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Commercially focused with a track record of achieving recruitment and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial clients across Greater Sydney.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and onsite visits.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts.
• Source, assess and place high-quality candidates across a variety of roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from job brief through to offer and onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement and networking.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Support debtor management and account administration.
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, WHS requirements and company policies.

• Are you a relationship-focused recruiter who enjoys managing established client partnerships while continuing to grow and develop a portfolio? Chandler Macleod is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Recruiterto join our team, managing an existing commercial client desk across Greater Sydney.
  This is a warm desk opportunity where you'll inherit established accounts and existing recruitment activity, while also being expected to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive additional revenue. You'll partner closely with clients, attend onsite meetings, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across a range of commercial roles.
