Job summary

ClaimsCo is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager on the Gold Coast to drive new business, expand the partner network and secure opportunities with prospective clients.

You will proactively pursue leads, nurture strategic relationships and manage a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or a similar role.
• Strong track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, networking and developing new opportunities.
• Commercially minded, self-motivated and resilient approach.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and face-to-face engagement.
• Identify and develop new referral partnerships and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, referral partners and prospective clients.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into new business.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for new clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales pipeline reporting.
