Job summary

NobleOak Life Limited is seeking an hands-on AI Execution Lead for a 6-month contract in Sydney. The role focuses on execution, not strategy, reporting to the Head of IT & AI and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Operations and Technology to deliver AI initiatives that improve customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in contact centre sales.
• Experience leading digital, transformation or AI initiatives from concept through to implementation.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion optimisation.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 cross-functional AI delivery squads across the business.
• Drive the implementation of AI solutions across sales, service and underwriting functions.
• Partner with business leaders to improve lead conversion, sales productivity and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Improve contact centre performance through AI-enabled tools and capabilities.
• Support optimisation of customer journeys, digital funnels and sales processes.
• Track outcomes, manage delivery priorities and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
