Job summary

Hi-Tec Oils in Sydney markets a broad range of automotive, industrial and lubricant products. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing activities across our growing business, combining strategy with hands-on execution.

You will own the marketing calendar, manage budgets, coordinate agencies and events, and work closely with Sales, Commercial and Product teams to drive brand growth and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong brand, digital marketing, content and promotional activity capabilities.
• Experience coordinating events, sponsorships and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen brand presentation across channels and assets.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, product launches and activations.
• Manage digital channels, including website, social, and email.
• Coordinate content, photography, video, design and advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
