  • Work alongside venue teams during key trading periods, events and high-volume service periods

  • Monitor food quality, kitchen standards, presentation and operational consistency across venues

  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager on food costs, pricing and supplier relationships

  • Identify opportunities to improve food margins, efficiency and overall kitchen performance

  • Support venue Head Chefs with operational challenges and provide practical solutions

  • Share best practice across venues and drive continuous improvement

  • Experienced Group Head Chef, Group Executive Chef, Culinary Operations Manager or similar senior culinary professional

  • Strong experience within pubs, hotels or multi-venue hospitality operations

  • Proven ability to lead and develop kitchen teams across multiple venues

  • Strong understanding of menu development, food costing, margins and kitchen performance

  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how culinary decisions impact overall venue performance

  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, venue leaders and Head Chefs

  • Strong coaching and training skills with a genuine interest in developing people

  • Highly organised and comfortable working independently across multiple venues

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to step into kitchens and support teams when required

  • Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills

  • Flexible to travel across the NSW pub portfolio as required

  • Full Australian working rights

Benefits:
