Job summary

Oscars Group in NSW seeks a Group Kitchen Operations Manager to lead culinary operations across multiple pubs. This senior role involves hands-on leadership, travel across venues, and partnering with Head Chefs to drive quality and performance.

You will influence menus, food costs and supplier relationships while maintaining high standards and consistent service across the portfolio, with Head Office time in Brighton Le Sands.

Qualifications

• Seasoned culinary leader with multi-site pubs experience.
• Ability to develop menus, control food costs and margins.
• Proven track record leading kitchen teams and driving standards.
• Strong communication with Group Operations and venue leaders.
• Willingness to travel across NSW venues including Wollongong and Central Coast.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership and operational support across NSW pubs.
• Collaborate with Head Chefs to ensure quality, consistency and presentation.
• Develop culinary strategies that improve performance across venues.
• Support menu development and ensure commercial viability.
• Train and develop kitchen teams; recruit culinary talent.
• Support during key trading periods and events.
• Monitor quality, standards, and kitchen efficiency.
• Partner with Procurement on costs and supplier relationships.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Group Ops to drive overall portfolio results.
