Oscars Group is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the day-to-day management and growth of our venue loyalty program across the Group.
With 45+ venues across Australia spanning hotels, pubs, resorts, restaurants, events, and lifestyle venues, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a diverse hospitality portfolio and play a key role in how we build lasting relationships with our customers.
You will be responsible for growing our customer databases, managing our CRM platform, and delivering targeted lifecycle marketing that drives engagement, repeat visitation, and customer spend.
As the Loyalty Marketing Executive, you will manage our loyalty program end to end, from member acquisition and engagement through to rewards and retention.
You will work closely with our Marketing, Digital, Content, IT, Data, and venue teams to ensure we are capturing quality customer data across relevant touchpoints and using it effectively to deliver personalised and relevant customer experiences.
This is a hands-on role where you will combine CRM and marketing expertise with strong data discipline and commercial thinking to help grow our loyalty program and turn customer insights into measurable results.
