Job summary

JAWS BUCKETS & ATTACHMENTS PTY LTD in Archerfield is seeking a hands-on Group IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day IT support across Jaws Buckets & Attachments and Bard Engineering Group, with 1–3 years' experience. You will manage Level 1/2 support, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID/AD, device deployment and ERP-related tasks, including Epicor Kinetic exposure and data reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, service desk or IT technician role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exposure to Entra ID / Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and routine Level 2 user support and incident resolution.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and assist users.
• Manage Entra ID/Active Directory accounts and access.
• Configure and deploy endpoints and devices.
• Troubleshoot networking, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate hardware/software deployments and IT assets.
• Assist with Epicor Kinetic support and data tasks.
• Maintain IT documentation and support records.
• Support system testing, upgrades and UAT.
• Investigate data issues and escalate complex problems.
