Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of pub and hotel operations.
• Confident leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets, wages, stock and operating costs.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality legislation, liquor licensing, gaming, WHS and food safety.
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive business improvements.
• Flexible, organised and comfortable with regular travel.
• Current driver's licence.
• Current RSA, RCG and relevant Licensee qualifications.
• Willingness to obtain a current National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of all venues.
• Work closely with and support each Hotel Manager and their teams.
• Monitor sales, wages, stock control and operating costs.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve business performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and operations.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, WHS and food safety requirements.
• Assist with recruitment, staff development and building strong teams.
• Regularly visit each venue and provide hands-on operational support.
• Provide management coverage during holidays and periods of absence.
