Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a risk-focused professional to join Financial Management, People and Engagement as part of Non-Financial Risk oversight. You will provide risk advice, review and challenge across Group Finance, supporting reporting, governance and decision-making.

You will work with Line 1 and 2 risk teams, manage issues, prepare risk reporting for forums, and contribute to the control environment while partnering with stakeholders worldwide to strengthen risk management

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within financial services.
• Familiar with internal risk frameworks and governance.
• Ability to present risk insights to committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk advice and challenge to Group Finance teams.
• Prepare risk reporting and contribute to risk committees.
• Identify, assess and monitor Group Finance risk and controls.
• Collaborate with Line 1 and 2 risk teams and finance stakeholders.
