Join our Non-Financial Risk Reporting team in the Transformation and Operations division and take a pivotal role in delivering insightful, decision-focused risk reporting to senior stakeholders, including Macquarie’s Senior Management and Board.

What role will you play?

As a Manager in the team, you will lead the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance and champion transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency in reporting across NFR divisions.

You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and partner closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, building strong networks across the Risk Management Group to drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.

What You Offer
  • 5+ years’ experience in risk management, legal, banking, or financial services, with a strong understanding of the risk and regulatory landscape
