Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited in Sydney seeks a Manager in Non-Financial Risk Management and Board Reporting to lead the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic value.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with stakeholders across the Risk Management Group, and drive transformation to improve efficiency and consistency of reporting across NFR divisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk management or financial services with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in Risk Reporting for Board/Management.
• Excellent communication and autonomous work style.
• Ability to distill complex information for senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced transformative environments.
• Experience leading a small team (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance in reports.
• Champion transformation initiatives to improve efficiency in reporting across NFR divisions.
• Mentor junior team members and build networks with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Risk Management Group to drive reporting processes.
