Job summary

Macquarie Group in Australia is seeking a Manager in Non-Financial Risk Reporting to lead the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring clarity and relevance.

You will mentor junior staff, partner with stakeholders across functions, and drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency in reporting across the Risk Management Group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in risk management, legal, banking, or financial services.
• Experience in Risk Reporting, specifically Board and Management Reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with sound judgment.
• Ability to interpret complex information and distill key insights for senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading a small team is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Champion transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency in reporting across NFR divisions.
