Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a Manager – Group Finance Non-Financial Risk and Reporting to provide risk advice and challenge across Group Finance, collaborating with Financial Management and People and Engagement NFR teams.

You will lead risk reporting, manage issues and incidents, and work with Line 1 and 2 risk teams and finance stakeholders to strengthen the risk and control environment across FPE and related functions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance functions and the risks involved in financial and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in business operational risk management and control environments.
• Ability to present clear insights on risks, issues, incidents and control effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk advice, review and challenge across Group Finance.
• Manage issues and incidents; prepare risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Line 1 & 2 risk teams and finance stakeholders to identify and monitor risk.
