Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks in NSW is seeking energetic team members to join our maintenance and guest services crew. The role covers outdoor duties including lawn and garden upkeep, cleaning guest facilities, and assisting visitors with a friendly, helpful approach to ensure a memorable stay.

You will follow safety protocols, perform daily checks of our Water Treatment Plant, and help deliver a welcoming experience to guests across our parks network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Australian work rights.
• Hospitality experience is a bonus but not required.
• Driver's licence and reliable transport are essential.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Excellent teamwork and Customer service mindset.
• Adaptable to outdoor/manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens and trees in the park.
• Clean and upkeep guest facilities to a high standard.
• Perform daily checks of the water treatment plant.
• Assist and direct visitors within the park.
• Provide excellent, high-level customer service.
• Follow work health and safety procedures.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate thefollowing:

• Drivers Licenceand own vehicleor access to reliable transport.
• The ability towork productively & independently.

• A 'can-do',solutions-focused attitude.
• The physicalability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexibleavailability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & publicholiday work.
• Previousexperience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australianwork rights.

The Duties will include;(but not limited to):

• Maintaininglawns, gardens/trees
• Cleaning/upkeepof guest facilities
• Performing dailychecks of Water Treatment Plant.
• Assisting &directing visitors within the park
• Providingexcellent, high-level customer service.
• Following workhealth & safety procedures.
