Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) seeks a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage the WERRIBEE territory, focusing on replenishment, displays, compliance audits, new product launches and related tasks.

The role covers a 15-hour-per-week schedule with availability Tue-Fri; a driver’s license and car are essential. You will build strong store relationships and execute in-store merchandising with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Create quality displays and execute planograms.
• Negotiate promotional space and ensure timely replenishment.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients professionally.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive motions.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: WERRIBEE and surrounds

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need
