FUJIFILM Business Australia seeks a Graphic Communications Sales Specialist in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will support general line account managers across divisions, engaging with customers to show how GCS solutions solve business problems, including hardware, software and services for graphic communications and related markets.

You will bring strong commercial acumen, influence, and autonomous work style, collaborating with cross-functional teams to win opportunities and grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in B2B sales of capital equipment and solutions within the printing industry.
• Capital equipment sales background within print or an allied industry.
• Knowledge and experience of competitor technology in print (HP Indigo, KM, Ricoh & Oce/Canon).
• Proven track record of achieving budgets in this space.
• History of selling Print solutions, hardware and software into commercial print and print-for-pay markets.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships at functional and executive levels and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and manage relationships within the GCS sector and wider commercial print space.
• Target competitor GCS accounts and convert to FBAU solutions.
• Identify and engage key coverage to build understanding of customer challenges and drivers.
• Develop customer-centric solutions and deliver high sales performance via market insights.
• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned with FBAU strategies for growth.
• Support marketing activities within CRM, including segmentation, contact plans, sponsorships and events.
• Ensure swift resolution of customer issues through cross-functional stakeholders for high satisfaction.
