FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is seeking a Solution Analyst – Professional Services to join our Software & Professional Services, Graphic Communications team. You will design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements while upholding internal standards in a hybrid setup.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of project-based service delivery experience with strong analytical and creative problem-solving.
Ability to deliver software and hardware training to customers based on skills gap assessment.
Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
Ability to translate explicit and implicit customer requirements into successful solutions.
Ability to build networks within accounts, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Experience working with virtual/3rd party teams to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Experience structuring and managing projects to meet expectations and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

Solutions and workflows are designed and developed with value propositions, leveraging existing deliverables to maximise customer experience.
Identify business development opportunities through deep understanding of customer challenges and submit business cases.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations and engage 3rd party partners to co-develop solutions.
Document opportunities, risks and challenges in the Statement of Work.
Resolve escalated customer problems to key stakeholders and decision makers.
Define and deliver project milestones per Operational Level Agreements.
Champion knowledge sharing and development of IP across channels.
