Documentary Australia is seeking a strategic Grants and Fundraising Specialist to advance our fundraising strategy across multiple revenue streams. The role, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy Partnerships and Communications, focuses on building authentic donor relationships while leveraging CRM tools and AI-assisted insights to grow funding for core, program, and film initiatives.

• Proven track record and experience in grants and fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication for grant applications and donor engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems and fundraising insights to drive growth.

Aufgaben

• Identify, research, and prioritise grant opportunities from trusts, foundations, and government bodies for core, program, and film funding.
• Write compelling grant applications and acquittal reports with evidence-based narratives.
• Manage grant calendars, compliance, and funder relationships; maintain records of outcomes and funder history.
• Develop prospect pipelines, donor segmentation strategies, and monitor fundraising trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, Evaluation and Finance to integrate fundraising into campaigns.
