Job summary

Scope is seeking a Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator in Melbourne to drive multi-channel campaigns that engage supporters and grow donations. You will manage donor journeys, coordinate campaigns across direct mail, email, social and digital channels, and analyse data to optimise outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Philanthropy & Fundraising team, partners and suppliers, ensuring high-quality campaigns and compliant data handling in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, direct marketing, supporter engagement or campaign coordination.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data, CRM systems and financial information, including financial reconciliation.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging supporter communications.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience using Salesforce or working within the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
• A genuine commitment to Scope's purpose and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, social media and digital channels.
• Deliver key fundraising activities including Tax Appeal, Christmas Appeal and Regular Giving campaigns.
• Develop engaging donor communications and supporter journeys that build connection and inspire giving.
• Manage campaign data, reporting and supporter information using Salesforce CRM.
• Work with external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality fundraising campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support community fundraising activities and supporter-led fundraising initiatives.
