Job summary

Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is seeking a Digital Coordinator for the Foundation to drive digital fundraising campaigns, donor acquisition and retention across channels. You will work under the Digital Manager to deliver impact through email, web content, SEO/SEM, and social media while leveraging data to optimize outcomes.

This role offers hybrid arrangements, a competitive salary up to 85,000 AUD per annum (pro-rated for part-time), salary packaging, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in a digital fundraising role or digital marketing role with a digital component.
• Strong data, analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms and integrating multiple online platforms.
• Experience building and managing Facebook and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Excellent ability to write and upload email/web copy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise digital fundraising campaigns.
• Manage paid digital advertising across platforms including Meta.
• Develop engaging email, website, landing page and social media content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Conduct testing and optimisation to increase engagement and donations.
• Collaborate with Foundation teams in fundraising, communications, data and supporter engagement.
• Support Foundation-wide digital initiatives including AI and emerging technologies.
