Job summary

The Alannah & Madeline Foundation is seeking an Acquisition & Growth Manager to lead the Foundation’s supporter acquisition program across Cash Giving, Regular Giving and the Raffle program. The role focuses on a data-led, multi-channel strategy including digital, telemarketing, direct mail and emerging channels to grow income and long-term supporter value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct response fundraising or supporter acquisition.
• Strong digital, premium direct mail and telemarketing experience.
• Proven multi-channel campaign leadership delivering growth.
• Solid budget management, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Data-driven approach to strategy, testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of multi-channel supporter acquisition programs.
• Drive end-to-end acquisition campaigns with data-informed audience selection.
• Manage campaigns across multiple suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
• Design onboarding, welcome journeys and upgrade/reactivation pathways.
• Collaborate with raffle suppliers to optimize the Raffle program and growth targets.
• Identify new audiences and channels to expand Regular Giving, Mid-Value and Gifts.
• Build a testing pipeline across audiences, data, creative, and channels.
