Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems and perform maintenance/repair services.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruptions.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers and participate in related projects.
