Agilent Technologies Australia is seeking an experienced technical professional to support new product introductions and ongoing product support efforts. The role involves developing service plans, contributing to design-for-service reviews, and helping define tools, parts and training materials.

You will collaborate across R&D, Quality, Operations and Field Service to ensure smooth product releases, effective troubleshooting content, and timely knowledge transfer.

Formación

• Minimum degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, life sciences, computer science or related technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions and geographical locations.
• Commitment to customer focus, product quality, safe working practices and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and maintenance of Product Support Plans for assigned products.
• Contribute to Design for Supportability reviews and capture service requirements.
• Assist with defining diagnostics tools, service parts, supplies and core service products.
• Contribute to user and service documentation and initial service training material.
• Support production builds, product roll-out and ramp-to-volume activities.
• Provide Tier3 technical support for assigned products within escalation processes.
• Review and update work instructions and investigate manufacturing quality issues.
• Assist supplier and supportability activities with technical information.
• Support enhancements to released products and long-term support planning.
• Contribute to last-time-buy and planning with product and parts data.
• Develop and maintain service training material and deliver technical training.
• Maintain service documentation, troubleshooting content and diagnostic tools.
• Capture lessons learned and convert into reusable content.
• Interact with customers and internal service teams to communicate clearly.
