Job summary

Agilent Technologies Australia seeks a Product Support Engineer – Associate to help define and deploy product support strategies across the product lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure supportability and readiness for introduction, manufacturing, and field deployment, while developing technical expertise through assignments in NPI, manufacturing support, and service training.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Product Support Plans for assigned products/modules.
Assist with defining and validating support tools, service parts, and diagnostics.
Provide Tier 3 technical support and information with guidance for complex issues.
Contribute to service training materials and knowledge transfer.
Support manufacturing and product ramp-to-volume activities and obsolescence planning.
