Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree requirement in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience welcome; internships or graduate roles considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and positive mindset with willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Perth is preferred; Victoria candidates may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of systems including hardware, software, networking and operating systems.
• Install and optimize hardware/software/network configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems and perform maintenance or repairs.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to optimize product performance.
• Respond proactively to prevent unplanned outages and business interruptions.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions and collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to resolve issues.
• May participate in projects and train field engineers or customers; may calibrate equipment on-site for large-volume customers.
• Must satisfy credentialing requirements to access customer sites.
