Job summary
Our client in Townsville and surrounding areas is seeking experienced GPS operators to join a civil earthworks team on major infrastructure projects. You will operate GPS-enabled Dozers, Graders and Excavators to perform bulk and final trim works, with 11-hour days 5–6 days a week and immediate start.
Daily travel allowances and meal allowances accompany an ongoing pipeline of work through 2028 and beyond for reliable operators who prioritise safety and machine care.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience using GPS on machinery.
- Mechanically minded - know how to look after your machine.
- Drivers Licence required.
- Happy with remote conditions and works.
- Health & Safety focused mindset.
- Pass a drug & alcohol screening if required.
Responsibilities
- Operate GPS-equipped Dozers, Graders & Excavators to perform bulk and final trim works.
- Work on ongoing civil infrastructure projects with a experienced civil & earthworks team.
- Commit to 5–6 days per week with 11 hour days.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good condition.

About the role:
- Ongoing civil projecs on major infrastructure projects
- Operating GPS-equipped Dozers, Graders & Excavators to perform bulk & final trim works
- Working within a highly experienced civil & earthworks team.
- 5 to 6 days per week - 11 hour days!!
- IMMEDIATE START!! On-going work for skilled & reliable operators
