Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced GPS excavator operator for civil earthworks in Townsville, Queensland. Operate a GPS-equipped 35T excavator on large-scale bulk earthworks and general civil projects.

Local operators only. Must have a valid driver’s licence, a health and safety mindset, and be able to pass drug and alcohol screening if required. Wages are $46–$50 per hour plus penalties with weekly pay, and you’ll work within an established civil construction team.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience using GPS on machinery.
• Solid experience in bulk & detailed earthworks.
• All-round civil construction operations.

• Operate GPS-equipped 35T excavator on large-scale bulk earthworks and general civil projects.
• Work within an experienced civil construction team.
• Local operators only – no LAHA; kick-off requires min. 3 months work with other local projects.
