Job summary

Our client in Townsville and surrounding areas is seeking experienced GPS operators to join a civil earthworks team on major infrastructure projects. You will operate GPS-enabled Dozers, Graders and Excavators to perform bulk and final trim works, with 11-hour days 5–6 days a week and immediate start.

Daily travel allowances and meal allowances accompany an ongoing pipeline of work through 2028 and beyond for reliable operators who prioritise safety and machine care.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience using GPS on machinery.
• Mechanically minded - know how to look after your machine.
• Drivers Licence required.
• Happy with remote conditions and works.
• Health & Safety focused mindset.
• Pass a drug & alcohol screening if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate GPS-equipped Dozers, Graders & Excavators to perform bulk and final trim works.
• Work on ongoing civil infrastructure projects with a experienced civil & earthworks team.
• Commit to 5–6 days per week with 11 hour days.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good condition.
