Job summary

HR Partners in Sydney is seeking an experienced GP & Referral Partnerships Manager to lead B2B referral growth for our Australian digital health platform delivering tele-psychiatry across the country.

Reporting to the CEO, the role combines strategic planning with hands-on field engagement, owning referrer marketing budgets, building networks with independent GPs, corporate medical groups, and healthcare networks to improve access to specialist mental health care.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business development, partnerships, or commercial growth in Australian healthcare.
• Deep understanding of how Australian general practice operates, including independent clinics and corporate GP groups.
• Track record of exceeding targets, managing marketing/budget, and negotiating at head-office level.
• Established network across corporate GP groups, general practice networks, or mental health communities is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and credibility when presenting to doctors, medical directors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive GP and clinical referral growth to meet agreed commercial targets.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with corporate GP group head offices, medical directors, and practice networks.
• Conduct practice visits, virtual meetings, and clinical detailing sessions with GPs and practice staff.
• Develop, manage, and optimize the referrer marketing strategy and budget.
• Plan and represent the business at national medical conferences, workshops, and industry expos.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and marketing to produce compliant, high-value referrer content.
• Maintain accurate CRM, monitor conversion metrics, and report performance and ROI to the CEO.
