Job summary

Better Medical is seeking a Recruitment & GP Engagement specialist to attract, onboard and support General Practitioners across the network. You will source, screen and guide candidates through the recruitment journey while ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing GP engagement.

Based in a hybrid setting with travel across VIC/QLD/SA as needed, you will collaborate with clinic leaders, operational teams and medical professionals to deliver an exceptional candidate and clinician experience.

Qualifications

• GP engagement and stakeholder management experience.
• Recruitment, attraction and retention experience in healthcare.
• Onboarding, engagement or workforce program experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective and onboarding GPs.
• Source and screen GP candidates through recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and assess qualifications and registrations.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and data-driven targeting.
• Match candidates to clinics and support onboarding journeys.
• Provide six months of relationship management for new GPs.
