Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking an experienced GP & Referral Partnerships Manager to lead B2B referral growth and GP engagement across Australia. The hybrid role reports to the CEO, owning referrer strategy, budgets, and high-impact engagement with independent GPs, corporate groups, and healthcare networks.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business development or partnerships experience within Australian healthcare.
• Deep knowledge of how Australian general practice operates in independent clinics and corporate groups.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets, managing budgets, and negotiating at head-office level.
• Established network across corporate GP groups or mental health networks is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and credibility when engaging doctors, medical directors, and executives.
• Willingness to travel locally with a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive GP and clinical referrals growth against commercial targets.
• Establish relationships with corporate GP groups and practice networks.
• Conduct practice visits and virtual meetings to educate on referral pathways.
• Develop and manage referrer marketing strategy and budget.
• Represent the company at national medical conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to produce compliant content and tools.
• Maintain pipelines, monitor conversion metrics, and report to CEO.
