DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a Federal Government program across national locations. You will manage releases, CI/CD activities, security configurations, and automation opportunities while collaborating with Developers, Testers, Project Managers, and Cyber Security teams.

The role requires a Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, service cloud, and data migration tools.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years' experience.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD).
• Experience with Data Loader, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce tools.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans.
• Execute hands-on Salesforce administration tasks to support releases and projects.
• Ensure standards and support processes are reviewed and improved.
• Identify automation opportunities to manage the Salesforce landscape.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop environment and code management plans to support production deployments.
• Manage support tickets and maintain platform security.
• Document processes, policies, and configuration.
