Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a Federal Government technology team. The role supports accessible digital services across a major program, with nationwide location options in ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, NT and WA.

You will manage Salesforce environments, drive releases, security configurations and automation opportunities, and work with Developers, Analysts and vendor partners to deliver reliable, secure solutions for Participants and Providers.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing, roles, profiles, OWD and permissions.
• Experience with Data Loader and Service Cloud.
• Track record of troubleshooting with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans.
• Execute hands-on admin tasks to support releases and CI/CD.
• Improve support processes and ensure security and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities across the Salesforce landscape.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal teams and vendor partners.
• Document processes, policies, and configuration changes.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Mentor environments team and coordinate with Developers and Analysts.
