Hitech Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Administrator to join a Federal Government Agency project in Australia. You will manage, optimize, and secure large-scale Salesforce environments, supporting CI/CD pipelines, service cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role offers an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option and a rewarding hourly rate, with emphasis on platform security, stability, and delivery of critical government services.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification and experience administering enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permissions and sharing models.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Loader.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile and ITIL practices.

Responsabilités

• Managing and maintaining Salesforce environments to support releases, platform enhancements and business-critical initiatives.
• Executing complex Salesforce administration activities while supporting CI/CD processes and environment management.
• Troubleshooting platform issues and working with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve incidents and technical challenges.
• Maintaining platform security, documentation, standards and support processes across the Salesforce landscape.
• Supporting project delivery activities while collaborating with developers, testers, architects, business analysts and project managers.
