Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator for a Federal Government agency. You will develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans, execute hands-on admin tasks to support releases and CI/CD, and seek automation opportunities across the Salesforce landscape.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues with internal teams and vendor partners, and developing environment and code management plans to support production deployments and BAU fixes.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience with Data Loader and Service Cloud.

Job description

Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing and administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a Salesforce Systems Administrator.

Duties of the Salesforce Systems Administrator:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans.
• Execute hands‑on critical and complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD and new projects and environment changes.
• Seek out automation opportunities for improved management of the Salesforce landscape.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and work with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve them.
• Develop environment and code management plans to support Release plans to deploy projects and BAU fixes into Production.

Skills and Experience:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud and other salesforce tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendor partners for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
