DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the Technology Services Division in delivering accessible digital and cloud services for Participants and Providers. You will develop and maintain Salesforce environments, execute complex admin tasks, and collaborate with Developers, Testers, PMs, and Security teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Salesforce experience, strong security knowledge, and familiarity with Data Loader

Qualificações

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience with Data Loader and Service Cloud.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and vendor partners for troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans.
• Execute hands‑on Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD and environment changes.
• Ensure standards and support processes are reviewed and improved.
• Seek automation opportunities for improved Salesforce management.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues with internal teams and partners.
• Develop environment and code management plans to support release deployments.
• Manage support tickets and maintain Salesforce platform security.
• Document processes, policies, and configuration.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases to determine impact across departments/users.
• Assign work, mentor environments team members, provide support to projects.
