Job summary

Fleetcare in Australia is seeking an Account Manager to join our WA Government team and manage a portfolio of government clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will respond to client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, discuss fleet reports, and identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• You may already be working in account management, customer service, fleet administration, client services or a similar customer-focused role.
• Enjoys building strong customer relationships
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Can work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of government clients.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely support.
• Assist clients with replacement programs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience with vehicle quotes and orders.
• Prepare and discuss fleet reports with clients.
• Identify opportunities to help clients improve fleet performance and reduce costs.
• Support rollout of new products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain client information and activities within Salesforce.
• Assist with client meetings and account reviews.
