Fleetcare is seeking an Account Manager to support our WA Government portfolio, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving fleet performance improvements. You will liaise with government clients and internal teams to manage quotes and orders efficiently.

You should bring experience in account management or client services, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset. Equity in a national organisation with a close-knit team awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with government clients.
• Responding to client enquiries and providing timely support.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience with vehicle quotes and orders.
• Preparing and discussing fleet reports with clients.
• Identifying opportunities to help clients improve fleet performance and reduce costs.
• Supporting the rollout of new products and services where appropriate.
• Maintaining client information in Salesforce.
• Assisting with client meetings and account reviews.
