Job summary

Fleetcare, Australia’s largest independent fleet management provider, is seeking a motivated Fleet Account Manager to join our Bella Vista team. You will nurture an established client portfolio, deliver proactive service and strategic fleet advice, and identify opportunities for growth across fleet operations.

You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance, reporting and solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding outcomes and smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Responding to client enquiries and delivering exceptional service
• Providing advice on fleet solutions, vehicles and funding options
• Assisting clients with vehicle replacement and fleet planning
• Conducting client meetings, reviews and presentations
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional Fleetcare products and services
• Supporting new customer onboarding and implementation activities
• Preparing client reporting and actionable insights
• Maintaining accurate client records and account information
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
